Green is a colour of nature, of grass and beauty, and it also provides person with feeling of tranquil and so promote falling asleep and sleep well. The best colour for adults is combination of red and blue. Red provokes romantic feelings and blue neutralise aggression of red and so promotes with sweet and deep sleep.
